Prepare a room-by-room point schedule
List lights, switches, general sockets, appliance outlets, water-heater points, exhaust fans, outdoor lights, data, television and security systems.
Confirm distribution and protection
Coordinate the incoming supply, distribution board location, circuit separation, protective devices, earthing and surge protection with a qualified electrical professional.
Allow for future use
Spare conduits for solar power, internet, CCTV, air-conditioning and additional outdoor services are easier to install during fabrication than after handover.
