A useful prefab proposal begins with a structured project brief. A short message asking only for a square-foot rate cannot show the differences in structure, insulation, finishes, transport, services or installation responsibility.
Record the project basics
Provide the district, municipality, access condition, intended building use, approximate floor area, number of rooms, clear height and expected completion period. Share a drawing when one is available, even when it is still preliminary.
Describe the required performance
Explain whether the project needs enhanced thermal comfort, acoustic privacy, moisture resistance, fire-related documentation, frequent relocation or a particular exterior appearance. These requirements influence the wall, roof, opening and connection systems.
Define the commercial scope
Confirm whether the request covers design, foundation coordination, supply, transport, unloading, installation, electrical and plumbing work, interior finish or complete handover. Record exclusions as clearly as inclusions.
Compare complete proposals
Review material grade, thickness, framing, finishes, accessories, quantities, taxes, delivery, installation, validity, programme and warranty together. A complete scope is more useful than a single headline rate.
