02. Dismantling the Existing partition and providing full height partitions of height 10’0” made of 3’x2” salwood frame work finished with 2 coats of termite resistant coating (to be approved by architect) with vertical member at 10’6”, level 8’0” level 4’0” level & floor level.  The frame work to be cladded on both sides with 9mm thick marine plywood and finished with 1 mm thick decorative laminate.  Front portion with 5mm tk glass 2’0” Ht. The partition to be provided with TW skirting of size 3” x ¾” on both sides and finished to desired wood effect by application of melamine polish after initial surface preparation. with all fixing arrangements, locks and hardwares etc complete. Officer  Table

Providing table for Officer of size 5’0″ x 2 ‘6″ and height of 2’6” made of 18mm thick marine plywood for table top.  Vertical sides and modesty panel.  The surfaces of marine Plywood finished with approved colour of 1mm thick decorative laminate and all inside surfaces finished with 2 coats of approved colour of synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat.  The table also composed of a drawer of depth 0’4” made of 18mm thick marine Plywood.  The compartment to also have shutter made of 18mm thick marine  Plywood finished with approved colour of 1mm thick decorative laminate & inside surfaces finished with 2 coats of approved colour of synthetic enamel paint over a primer coat.  All exposed edges lipped with TW beading of size 1” x ¾” & polished to desired wood effect after initial surface preparation.  The drawer to have a set of sliding wheels of approved quality for easy operation.  The entire unit to be complete with all accessories such as knobs handles lock and key arrangements of approved quality. The table to have a TW foot rest of size 3” x 1½” finished suitably.

Pin up Board

 

Supplying and fixing of pinup Board of size 3’0” x 3’0” made of 8mm plywood frame filled with soft board covered with fur. The colour of the fur is to be selected by the Architect. The outer teak wood frame of the pinup board to be finished with melamine of approved colour.

WRITING LEDGE & BROCHURE HOLDER:

 

Fabricating and fixing of writing ledge and brochures holder size 6’0”x1’0” made of 12mm glass supported with 18mm marine plywood stand finished with duco automotive paint so as to match the colour of the interiors.  Glass edge beveled to half round shape suitably supported on plywood as per design.  The work has to be completed as per architects direction.

PAINTING WORKS:

Painting with internal walls putty finish with two coats of primer and two coats of glacier white (Code-40028) colour emulsion paint of Nerolac all caps emulsion (or) equivalent in all height of walls including scaffolding, cleaning and supply of all materials complete.  The work has to be completed as per architect direction. This includes removing of existing distemper by scraping and scrubbing(For Banking Hall)

CLAUSE:

Providing temporary arrangements  for functioning of branch, throughout the course of completion of work.  Dismantling the existing counter table etc., and reassembling them in a preferred location as instructed by Bank/Consultant to facilitate the commencement of works without affecting the daily operation of the bank.

 

NOTE:

The contractor shall not be paid anything extra subsequently and the rates shall suffice for all temporary arrangements sought by the bank till the completion of the works including all cleaning works and which shall result during the progress of the work.
