Building’s Construction process

Note: Final Costing and BOQ will be after Preparation of Detailed Project Report (Master Plan, Architectural Drawing , Structural Drawing , Opening Schedules, Foundation Details )

  9. Production of Futsal, Play Ground, Pavement, Drain – Soak pit, water tank management for Construction on-site.

1.       Site Visit and Verify the construction work as per all detailed drawings, master plan, model and photos.

Materials Specification for Prefab

VERTICAL STRUCTURE MEMBERS
GROUNG FLOOR                                                                   Provide 8″x8″ primer coated  C-Channel Coupled (box channel) as ISMC 150 column in ground floor11′ height connected to anchored nut bolt with foundation concrete base forming joint structure as per design & instruction of the Architect.
FIRST FLOOR & PLINTH                                                     Provide 8″x8″ primer coated C-Channel Coupled (box channel) as column in first floor10′ height connected to truss at top and column from ground floor extended with foundation base forming joint structure as per design & instruction of the Architect.
SECOND FLOOR                                                                     Provide 8″x8″ primer coated C-Channel Coupled (box channel) as column in first floor10′ height connected to truss at top and column from ground floor extended with foundation base forming joint structure as per design & instruction of the Architect.
HORIZONTAL STRUCTURE MEMBERS ( Beams & Frame) & Joist for First Floor and Half Second Floor
Provide and install decking frame with I-beam channel of ISMB 8″ forming in I and II & a portion of III floors to complete structure of building for flooring that can withstand  live load of 200 kg/sq. m. as per design & instruction of the Architect.
CONCRETE BASE WITH TRENCHING – GROUND FLOOR
Provide and lay Cement+ Concrete +Sand 1:2:4 (5’x5’x5’ ground excavation, digging and 5’x5’x5’ post foundation with 16 mm,12 mm road and Foundation anchored rod welded to footing rod to connect column all complete as per design.
FLOORING WORKS
BRICK SOLING                                                                                          Provide & lay one layer (110mm) brick soling with approved local chimney made first class brick in line and level including filling in the joints with sand all complete as per drawing, specification and instruction of Architect.
PCC WORKS                                                                            Provide PCC flooring with Cement, sand & aggregate of approved quality in 1:3:6 ratio including mixing, finishing, laying with proper compaction in perfect line, level & dimensions, curing all complete.
DECKING WORKS ( I, II Floor)
Provide and install in position Composite Metal Deck with Concrete PCC  Flooring board for base flooring, in approved sample including filling gaps, etc.  All complete as per the drawing and  instruction of the Architect.
WALL PARTITION / PANNELLING WORKS
Prefab 75mm  PARTITION WALL – INTERNAL AREA
Provide and install in position full height VISAKA CEMENT board partition 3″ thick in G.I. metal frame, 8mm thick gypsum board on both side with glass wool in between, including all other hardware,  expansion bolt, metal jambs where required, cutting opening for switch boards, etc. of approved sample including sealant, etc. All complete as per the drawing and  instruction of the Architect.
Prefab Panel 75mm  BOARD PARTITION WALL – TOILET AREA
Provide and install in position full height cement board partition 3″ thick in G.I. metal frame, 8mm thick cement board on both side with glass wool in between, including all other hardware,  expansion bolt, metal jambs where required, cutting opening for switch boards, etc. of approved sample including sealant, etc. All complete as per the drawing and  instruction of the Architect.
GLASS PARTITION WITH ALUMINIUM FRAME
Provide and install in position full height partition in approves aluminium section with 12mmclear toughened 12mm glass door beside & below fix with 12mm thick clear toughened glass and frosted sticker   in approved aluminium frame, including all hardware, rubber gasket and sealant, etc. all complete as per the drawing and  instruction of the Architect.
CEMENT & PUFF PANEL PARTITION WALL -EXTERNAL AREA
Provide and install in position full height cement board partition 4″ thick in G.I. metal frame, 18mm thick Brick & Stone finish puff panel on outer face and 8mm thich cement board on inner side with glass wool in between, including all other hardware,  expansion bolt, metal jambs where required, cutting opening for switch boards, etc. of approved sample including sealant, etc. All complete as per the drawing and  instruction of the Architect.

ROOFING SHEET                                                                            Supply and lay colour coated 3mm UPVC sheets, weight 6.0kg/m2 of approved sample including overlapping, fixing/fasteners, GI-Hooks, sealing washers all complete as per specification and instruction of Architect.
DOORS & WINDOWS
UPVC DOOR  UPVC frame door + UPVC cladding with hinges, lock, and fixing as per drawings all complete.
ALUMINIUM FRAMED GLASS WINDOWS                                                                                             Aluminium alloy frame with glass: Double glazed window with fixing, hooks and installation as per drawings.  Aluminium alloy frame 90 mm series complete material supply, slider, lock and installation.
FALSE CEILING WORKS
GYPSUM BOARD CEILING
Provide and install 12 mm thick Gypsum Board (imported of the approved type) false ceiling, with G.I. Frame work of approved section, including all accessories, G.I. Hanging system with fiber tape on joints, cutting out of openings for all lights fixtures, linear grills and diffusers, G.I angle support on ends where ever required, all complete as per drawing.
ACOUSTIC FALSE CEILING ( HALL)
Provide and install 12 mm thick Accoustic false ceiling (imported of the approved type), with G.I. Frame work of approved section, including all accessories, G.I. Hanging system with fiber tape on joints, cutting out of openings for all lights fixtures, linear grills and diffusers, G.I angle support on ends where ever required, all complete as per drawing.
PAINT WORK
POP WORKS                                                                                                              Provide and apply plaster of paris (POP) with Birla, Nerolac or equivalent quality Putty in approved texture with minimum two coats to internal plastered surfaces to make it smooth, filling the depression with putty and making it ready to receive paint, complete in all respect.
PLASTIC EMULSION
Provide and apply plastic emulsion paint (Nerolac Impression. Dulux. Asian or equivalent)  of approved color and texture with minimum three coats of approved shade over a coat of primer to internal surfaces prepared smooth with carborandum, filling the depression with putty etc. complete in all respect.
ENAMEL PAINT
Provide and apply satin finish enamel paint (Nerolac Impression. Dulux. Asian or equivalent) of approved color with minimum three coats of approved shade over a coat of metal primer to the purlins, columns, beams and other surfaces as per design and  instruction of the Architect.
ELECTRICAL FITTINGS                                                       Complete with conduiting, wiring, installation of switching and power socket & termination in each floor 7W led lights 7 no.s and 7 power socket in each floor
